A. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late by the 5th of the month.
Q. How do I request maintenance?
A. All request must be submitted, in writing, through the maintenance portal or by email.
Q. What if I have an emergency maintenance request?
A. Emergencies are sent via text to 828-507-5055
Q. How long will it take for a repair to be made?
A. Maintenance schedules appointments within 48 hours of your maintenance request, for non-emergency repairs.
Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A. Our office contacts you to execute a lease renewal.
